Diwan Türkiye puts what you need in one place: a permit tracker that tells you how many days are left and what to prepare, a city directory of hospitals, government offices and libraries, emergency numbers and ready Turkish phrases for the moment you need them, university profiles, prices and currency conversion, and place-based discussions where whoever just arrived can ask, and whoever came a year earlier can answer. All of it is free and open to anyone living in Türkiye, whatever their nationality or language.
Inside the app there is a space for Yemenis in Türkiye: their notices, their gatherings, and a circle where they ask and help each other. We started here because they are the closest people to us and the first to open their door. Anyone who is not part of it loses nothing — the permit tracker, the directory, emergencies, prices and discussions are all theirs just the same.

Our message
We believe that a stranger in a country not their own has no closer support than another stranger. A road someone walked a month before you should not be walked from scratch, and a door already knocked on a hundred times should not be knocked on alone. We Arabs have the most claim to this: one language, one worry, one road — if we are not one hand far from home, then when? This app rests on the idea that what each of us learned the hard way belongs to the rest of us — a shared memory that shortens the road and keeps people from being taken advantage of, whatever passport they carry.
Our goal
To make life easier for people living outside their own country. That someone knows when their permit expires before an officer tells them; that they find the hospital, the office and the fair price, and know when they can do it themselves; that someone answers when there is no one left to ask. Every feature here is measured by one question: did it save someone a wasted day, money they should not have paid, or a humiliating wait in a queue?
