Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prevention Policy

At Diwan Türkiye, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of children. This document outlines our standards and procedures for preventing, detecting, and reporting such content, as well as our rules regarding User-Generated Content (UGC).

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAM

We strictly prohibit the upload, sharing, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform. Any content found to be in violation of this policy will be removed immediately, and the accounts responsible will be permanently banned.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation

Diwan Türkiye features community-driven Discussions where users can post, comment, and share images.

• Objectionable Content: We strictly prohibit any content that is abusive, dangerous, illegal, sexually explicit, spam, or otherwise objectionable.
• Moderation: We actively monitor and moderate user interactions and submitted content to ensure compliance with our safety standards.
• Enforcement: Users found violating our terms of use or safety standards will face immediate consequences, including the removal of their content and the permanent ban of their accounts.

3. Reporting Mechanism

We encourage our community to report any content or behavior that they believe violates our child safety standards or our UGC policies.

• In-App Reporting: Users can report objectionable UGC (posts, comments) or abusive users directly within the app using the built-in "Report" features in the Discussions section, or by contacting us through the app.
• Email Reporting: You can urge immediate action by contacting our designated safety officer at: support@diwanturkiye.app

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We are committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies in accordance with Turkish law. If we detect any CSAM or receive a valid report, we will:

1. Preserve the evidence as required by law.
2. Make a report to the relevant Turkish authorities, such as the Turkish National Police Cybercrime Department (Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı) and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK).
3. Remove the content from our platform.
4. Terminate the user's access.

Note: Because we use third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., Firebase by Google), these infrastructure providers may also independently detect and report CSAM on their networks to the US-based National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with their own policies and US federal law.
